I own a flat!!!!!!

I've gotten a phone call from my solicitor this morning saying that the exchange of contracts for my flat will be happening today!!!

For those of you in the US, that's basically like closing. Of course, as the buildings are not finished yet, the move in date is only estimated at this time. As of today, they are saying move in should be mid-May... perfect timing to be able to have Kevin to help me move!
